If anyone is curious, this is nowhere near complete, but here's some more to think about. Given you can save that's big, but they did make them slightly easier (outside of saving) which can be a + or - on a personal level. I'm sure some may argue the SMB games are improved on SNES. I've owned both, but I kept the SNES release of NGT because of the 2 reasons I listed. NG3 they fixed the difficulty and continue setup of the game to match the Famicom original (the NES version oddly is harder.) Also you have passwords per stage(or act?) on the SNES release so if you don't have the time to cop a squat and finish it in one sitting it's a life saver (which I don't.)

While on SNES the NG games they didn't bother to upgrade the color or the audio much, it was fairly halfassed. NGT is a debate worthy of lots of people.
