To update or change your address in a case, contact the Clerk’s Office at 30. Parties who do not receive a notice or order within two weeks should contact the Assignment Office at 30. If the court closes due to an unforeseen circumstance, the Assignment Office will automatically reschedule all cases from the day of the closure. Unforeseen Closure Due to Inclement Weather or an Emergency: The Assignment Office will schedule a new date and send a hearing notice to the parties (if a party is not represented by an attorney), or the parties' attorney, (if represented). Although the Assignment Office doesn't clear tentative dates prior to the court ruling on a motion to postpone, the Assignment Office will clear a new date with attorneys if the court grants a postponement request.
